Policy Statement:
New people interested in living at the Fountainview Apartments must
first submit a lease application and pay a nonrefundable-processing
fee. We will ask permission to run a credit check. Source
of incomes must be verifiable. These may include, but not limited
to, salary, interest, dividends, business income, social security and
or other pensions
Must have 2x the rental income in verifiable household income
Renter's insurance strongly suggested
* Our leases are for the term of one year. The lease
is a binding legal contract between the management company and the lessee.
The lease protects the tenant’s rights and the landlord’s
rights. Please read the lease completely before signing.
* Short-term leases can be negotiated at an increased
rent payment.
* Animals, birds and reptiles are not allowed in the fountain
view complex, except by written approval. We are currently allowing
small dogs. If at any time a pet becomes a nuisance to other tenants,
the pet must relocate. 2 pets maximum
Pet fee: $300 per dog, 400.00 per cat
Pet rent: $25/month per pet
*Use of all facilities and grounds will be governed by
rules and regulations as set forth by lessor’s agent.
* Any commercially operated truck, any trailer, boat,
motorcycle or any other vehicle not construed by the management to
be a passenger automobile, are not allowed in the parking lot provided
or on the public street in front of or adjacent to the premises.
*Nothing can be hung from the outside of the windows, balconies
or balcony railings. Balconies are to be kept neat and clean at
all times.

No one is allowed to store or place any refuse in halls, foyers, landings,
stairways, balconies, or any entry way. Storage units: $10/month
* Derelict vehicles in the parking area provided or
adjacent streets are not allowed.
*Radios, televisions, musical instruments, or stereo systems
cannot disturb the other occupants of the building.
*Rents are due on the first of each month.
A late fee will be assessed for late payments received after the fifth
of each month.

The following occupancy guidelines have been established. One
bedroom apartment-two people. Two-bedroom apartment-maximum of
four people
One parking space is allowed per unit. Additional parking must be negotiated with management, written approval is required. No parking space is assigned.
